Like most recruiting agencies in the world, we are able to provide direct search (“head hunting”) services. However, for many years dealing with the mentality of Kazakhstani employees, we are surprised at the slogans of other agencies that require double remuneration for the “uniqueness” of this procedure. In our opinion, there is no need to ask a “double price” for headhunting in Kazakhstan, as an honest recruiter will do the same for you in the framework of “traditional recruitment”.
Our Clients can, upon request, receive a long list of key experts for any specialized area, learn about competitors’ staff, their salary level and motivation. We are not asking for a separate fee for that service. Accordingly, the issue of "enticement from competitors" is only a matter of the financial capability of the Client.
