The incumbent of the role will be part of Kazakhstan HR team based in Nur-Sultan. Role reports to HR Operations Manager and covers allocated JV scope. The key accountabilities rest in the management of:
-
Full scope of domestic transfer activities for all secondees within and between KZ JVs,
-
Long service awards for entire KZ based population (National and Expatriate),
-
Ongoing HR related country specific queries from secondees and actions required, including but not limited to WP extensions, progressions, organizational management changes and org. structure management, etc.
PURPOSE DETAILED:
Incumbent would be responsible for all activities related to domestic transfers within/between KZ JVs of secondees, including but not limited to:
-
Coordination of activities between the multiple parties and stakeholders of 1). the domestic transfer and 2). ongoing HR support to Secondees, including but not limited to Business Operations, immigration services provider, by:
-
Ensuring smooth process execution
-
Ensuring issues are timely identified and addressed to the appropriate party/level,
-
Regularly monitoring KPIs are met throughout the process end-to-end and flagging where it is not the case,
-
Serving as a cross-organizational link by keeping all parties updated on the matters relevant to their roles/scope; act as a single HR focal point for JV HR on domestic transfers.

Acting as an escalation FP for process parties, including but not limited to Transferee/Line manager/JV HR/ immigration services provider on the quality of communication/process experience.

Executing necessary scope related system actions, cooperating with other HR Advisors JVs as/when required.

HR reporting: regular and ad-hoc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-
Develop trusted relationships and two-way engagement with representatives of Business Operations, immigration services provider, Line managers, IT, other parties for execution of effective domestic transfers as well as for ongoing HR support provision.

Coordinate overall domestic transfer process and ongoing HR support provision through
-
regular case by case monitoring,
-
regular engagements with Business Operations, immigration services provider and JV counterparts,
-
respective JV reports analysis,
-
identification and, where possible, prediction of process bottlenecks for each case,
-
sharing SME knowledge with Business Operations, immigration services provider and JV HR counterparts as/when required to the benefit of the de/mobilization process.

Ensure clear, simple and timely communication to all relevant parties, specifically in case of any issues/setbacks and/or changes to de/mobilization information.
-
Ensure process related queries are addressed to the appropriate responsible parties.
-
Act as a domestic transfer process escalation focal point for representatives of Business Operations, immigration services provider, (Hiring/Releasing) Line managers, IT, other parties involved in the process.
-
Build a continuous, collaborative delivery partnership with Business Operations, immigration services provider, JV and HR partners. Ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders to enable coordinated, effective HR operations.

Ensure Transferee and Line process related queries are addressed.
-
Provide end-to-end HR support and general processes guidance to secondees from their mobilization date up until demobilization process from JV is kicked off.
-
Collaborate with Country HR colleagues and/or HRBPs across Business and/or Function including JV and NOV environments.
-
Ensure quality and timely (regular and ad-hoc) reporting to stakeholders, including but not limited to Line of Business HR, Secondee Line managers, HR partners, HR & Senior Management.

Ensure scope related system actions are performed timely and efficiently.

Apply highest standards of data creation and maintenance within the applicable systems/reporting tools (SAP, WorkDay, Assignment Pro, other).

Manage end-to-end process for monitoring, ordering and providing the long service awards (LSA) to respective Line manager for awarding eligible employees (National and Expatriate); act as a contract holder for a contract with a 3rd party provider.

Remain up-to-date with emerging trends, changes in legislation (labor and immigration) and develop appropriate responses at local level.
