Международная европейская компания создала завод в городе Ангрен, Узбекистан. В настоящее время идет первый руководитель завода. По другим вакансиям расположено соседнее жилье (компенсационная аренда). Завод находится недалеко от Ташкента, поэтому скорее всего можно 5 дней в неделю работать в Ангрене, на выходных ездить домой. Критически важно знание английского языка! Хотя бы на уровне промежуточный и выше.

Требования:

Accept to work in diversity environment workplace.

Educational level: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimal experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience in OSHA, environment and computer skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive a safety culture. Advanced Safety, Health, and Environment.

Familiar with basic OSHA, ISO 50000:2018, ISO 45000:2018, ISO 14001:2018 and quality management system - ISO 9001 & GMP with Good understanding in the processing principles (mixing, processing, packaging). Ability to work mornings / evenings, depending on the assigned shift.

Languages: Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English, know Arabic (Intermediate is fine).

о Maintain 0 Enzyme new sensitization, о Maintain tower safety as per standard, о Maintain LOTOTO as per standard, о Drive reporting 60 Near-Misses, о Drive a positive trend in reporting BBSWA. о Maintain energy consumption rate of 129 kwh/ton. о Maintain water consumption rate of 1.07 m3/ton. о Maintain waste rate of 4,17 kg/ton.

« Ensuring compliance with local legal and other requirements of the company and ensuring compliance with local guidelines.

• Ensuring the effective internal and external communications on SHE

о Setup a quarterly /monthly campaigns and communications о Improve and digitize communications.

• Studying, planning and monitoring SHE trainings

о Execute and facilitate SHE trainings.

Обязанности:

• Leadership and SHE Strategy Implementation: Acts as the primaly site representative for all ShE matters, leading the execution of SHE roadmap. Develops and deploys site-specific strategies for safety, health, environment, and sustainability aligned with Henkel's global targets. Leads the SHE team (engineers andofficers), assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, arjd ensuring effective execution of SHE plans.

_ Compliance and Corporate Standards: Ensures the site meets all legal SHE requirements are fully compliant with internal SHE policies and audit protocols. Oversees extern inspections by regulatorybodies and follows up on findings. Keeps abreast of ne/v SHE regulations and ensures the site adapts accordingly.

• SHE Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors key performance indicators (KPis) related to incidents, near misses, training completion, waste, energy, and water usage. Prepares regular SHE reports and presents them to site management and regional SHE leaders. Uses performance

data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

о Incident Management and Risk Reduction: Leads or approves incident investigations and ensures timely reporting and root cause analysis. Follows up on corrective and preventive actions and ensures they are implemented effectively. Supports the implementation of proactive risk assessments and hazard identification.

® Emergency Preparedness and Training: Ensures that emergency response plans are in place, tested, and communicated across the site. Oversees SHE-related training plans and ensures all site employees and contractors are adequately trained. Leads safety campaigns and awareness programs to engage employees.
