Международная европейская компания создала завод в городе Ангрен, Узбекистан. В настоящее время идет первый руководитель завода. По другим вакансиям расположено соседнее жилье (компенсационная аренда). Завод находится недалеко от Ташкента, поэтому скорее всего можно 5 дней в неделю работать в Ангрене, на выходных ездить домой. Критически важно знание английского языка! Хотя бы на уровне промежуточный и выше.

 

 

Требование:

Nationality: Saudi. Educational level: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or equivalentin­experience), Minimal experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience in a lab, QMS, Auditing, industry environment and computer skills. Advanced quality/ safety/ package integrity training is a plus. Familiar with lab instruments, tests, legal requirements, systems, and compliance. Good knowledge !;: QMS - ISO 9001 & GMP with Good understanding in the processing principles (mixing, processing, packaging). Ability to work mornings / evenings / weekends, depending on the needed. Languages: Arabic native, with good communication skills (verbal & written) in English.

• •   Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the supply chain objectives. Identify key quality metrics and establish performance benchmarks to drive continuous improvement. •   Process Improvement: Evaluate existing quality control processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. Implement efficient and effective quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques to optimize supply chain operations and minimize defects or errors. •   Standards and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and ce,tifications across the supply chain. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively address potential compliance issues. •   Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish robust quality MS, including supplier evaluation, approval, and performance monitoring. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements. •       Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster productive relationships with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to drive a culture of quality excellence. Establish effective communication channels to address quality-related issues and facilitate timely resolution. •       Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, root causes for improvement. Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reports to e performance, highlight opportunities, and support decision-making processes. в Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous learning throughout the supply chain, •       Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate quality- related issues. Implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution of quality incidents and prevent their recurrence. •       Internal/External Auditing system: Conduct the required line hygiene and line quality inspections and keep the relative records, in accordance with the established procedures, work instructions, sampling and inspection plans, raise NCRs and drive actions to close it. •       Participate in daily meetings providing quaiity/hygiene data, product quality/hygiene defects info and any other feedback related to the products quality/hygiene and specifications. •       Supervise and follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Laboratory Practices and Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) to ensure a clean and safe working environment that complies with  health & safety, environmental and hygiene standards in production and lab.
