Описание работодателя:

Международная европейская компания создала завод в городе Ангрен, Узбекистан. В настоящее время идет первый руководитель завода. По другим вакансиям расположено соседнее жилье (компенсационная аренда). Завод находится недалеко от Ташкента, поэтому скорее всего можно 5 дней в неделю работать в Ангрене, на выходных ездить домой. Критически важно знание английского языка! Хотя бы на уровне промежуточный и выше.

 

 

Требование:

• Accept to work in diversity enviromnent workplace, and in a shifts system;
• Educational level: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or any related field;
• Minimal experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Hands-on experience in a lab/ industry environment and computer skills. Advanced quality/Hygiene/safety/package integrity training is a plus;
• Familiar with basic chemicals lab instrunments (pH meters, lab scales, autoclave, conductivity meters, etc.);
• Good knowledge in quality management system - ISO 9001, ISO 17025, GLP, GHP & GMP with Good understanding in the processing principles (mixing, processing, packaging). Ability to work mornings / evenings / weekends, depending on the assigned shift;
• Languages: Good conununication skills (verbal & written) in English, know Arabic (Intermediate is fine).

 

 

 

Обязанности:

• Lead, train, and mentor the quality control team to ensure effective performance and adherence to established protocols and procedures;
• Review and analyze test results, identify discrepancies or trends, and generate reports for management, highlighting areas for improvement;
• Monitor laboratory tests and processes to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices;
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of testing SOPs;
• Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory equipment to ensure consistent performance and reliable test results;
• Еnsure all laborato1y activities are documented accurately and meet regulatory and accreditation requirements, including maintaining records and ce1tification;
• Address any quality-related issues or non-conformities, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve them;
• Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with quality standards;
• Handle product returns and customer complaints as per laid down procedures and communicate the same with the production and maintenance team that would lead in initiating preventive and corrective actions;
• Participate in daily meetings providing quality data, product quality defects info, customer complaints and any other feedback related to the products quality and specifications;
• Supervise and follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Laboratory Practices and Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) to ensure a clean and safe working environment that complies with Henkel's health & safety, environmental and hygiene standards in production and lab.
