Описание работодателя:

Международная европейская компания создала завод в городе Ангрен, Узбекистан. В настоящее время идет первый руководитель завода. По другим вакансиям расположено соседнее жилье (компенсационная аренда). Завод находится недалеко от Ташкента, поэтому скорее всего можно 5 дней в неделю работать в Ангрене, на выходных ездить домой. Критически важно знание английского языка! Хотя бы на уровне промежуточный и выше.

Обязанности:

• Implement digital systems and technologies: Responsible for deploying and maintaining digital solutions, automation tools, data capture systems, and industrial software platforms according to Henkel standards and business needs;
• Collect, analyze, and visualize operational data: Ensure accurate data gathering from production systems. Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements;
• Support automation and digital transformation projects: Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at increasing automation and optimizing digital workflows. Provide technical expertise to integrate digital systems with physical processes;
• Ensure digital security and system reliability: Implement cybersecurity best practices for plant-level digital assets. Monitor digital system performance and apply corrective actions when necessary to maintain reliability and compliance;
• Troubleshoot and maintain digital assets: Provide technical support for sensors, lT devices, software platforms, and digital monitoring systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and IT departments to understand operational needs and deliver effective digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives;
• Document digital processes and maintain technical records: Develop and update documentation related to digital infrastructure, including system diagrams, workflows, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
