Международная европейская компания создала завод в городе Ангрен, Узбекистан. В настоящее время идет первый руководитель завода. По дополнительным вакансиям предоставляется жилье (компенсационная аренда). Завод находится недалеко от Ташкента, поэтому скорее всего можно 5 дней в неделю работать в Ангрене, на выходных ездить домой. Критически важно знание английского языка! Хотя бы на уровне промежуточный и выше.
Position Purpose
The HR Specialist plays a foundational role in establishing all administrative and compliance-related HR processes required for the successful launch of the new plant. This role ensures that every employee is legally employed, correctly registered, documented, onboarded and paid—serving as the operational backbone of the entire start‑up. Accurate and timely execution of these tasks is essential to secure compliance with state authorities, eliminate legal risks, and guarantee workforce readiness for Day 1 operations.
Обязанности:

Define and establish all processes for employee social security enrollment and personal income tax payments in alignment with local legislation;

Ensure correct configuration of these systems from the start to prevent compliance breaches and payroll errors;

Serve as main liaison with external authorities for all initial registrations and validations;

Prepare and submit mandatory reports to state authorities (labor, tax, statistical, and social funds) within required deadlines;

Ensure accuracy of all official documentation to avoid penalties, legal risks or delays in the plant’s operational approval;

Maintain full audit readiness during the entire integration phase;

Coordinate the hiring process for large volumes of candidates, ensuring streamlined communication and professional candidate experience;

Collect and validate all mandatory documentation (IDs, certificates, employment records, etc.) in accordance with legal and Henkel standards;

Coordinate medical check‑ups, background screenings and statutory pre-employment requirements;

Prepare and administer employment contracts and registration of staff in company and state systems;
-
Ensure 100% accuracy to prevent future compliance issues or employee claims;
-
Create and maintain complete personal files for every employee, ensuring compliance with data protection and archival rules;

Manage ongoing personnel administration (changes, updates, workflow documents, agreements);

Guarantee data accuracy across all HR systems as the basis for payroll, reporting, and audits;

Register all new hires in payroll and Time & Attendance systems accurately and on time;

Validate employee data to ensure salary payments, bonuses, overtime, and working time are calculated correctly from Day 1;

Support initial payroll testing and cutover activities;

Organize and execute onboarding programs for all newcomers, ensuring smooth integration into Henkel processes, safety standards, and plant culture;

Coordinate schedules, materials, system access, mandatory trainings and documentation;

Ensure every employee is operationally ready on their first working day;

Participate in mass employer branding activities to attract production and white‑collar workforce;

Support job fairs, recruitment events, advertising campaigns, and local partnership activities;

Serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective employees, representing Henkel professionally;

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of culture integration events for plant staff;
-
Foster a positive environment during the critical early months of plant formation;
-
Ensure high employee engagement from the moment of joining.
